This License Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. Pabal and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all intellectual property rights.
You retain all rights to the content and metadata you create using Pabal. By using the service, you grant Pabal a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Pabal may provide updates, modifications, or enhancements to the service from time to time. These updates are covered under this License Agreement, and Pabal reserves the right to modify or discontinue features with or without notice.
This License Agreement grants perpetual access upon one-time payment. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms, particularly violations related to prohibited uses, unauthorized resale, or illegal activities.
Pabal reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license for violation of these terms. However, under normal circumstances, your license remains valid for lifetime use.
Upon termination for violation, you must cease all use of Pabal. You should regularly export your data as a precautionary measure.
PABAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Pabal does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PABAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Pabal's total liability shall not exceed the one-time amount you paid for the license.
Your use of Pabal is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting this License Agreement, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Pabal and any content you create complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pabal and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the service, your violation of this License Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another party.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations in your use of Pabal. You shall not export, re-export, or transfer the service to prohibited countries or individuals.
This License Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from this License Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
This License Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Pabal regarding the use of the service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of this License Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the License Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Pabal reserves the right to modify this License Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new License Agreement on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of Pabal after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified License Agreement.
